During Taylor’s appearance on The View she stated that Kanye West had not yet reached out to her to make an apology, but after the show aired, She told ABC News Radio, “Kanye did call me and he was very sincere in his apology, and I accepted that apology.”

Kanye West apologized to Taylor Swift on the Jay Leno show tonight for his stunt during the MTV VMA’s last night. When Jay asked the singer how his mother, who passed away in 2007, would have reacted to this situation he took a long pause, got teary-eyed and responded that he never wanted to hurt anyone or take anything away from them.
